PBT Antares was initially founded as a travel company under the name "Premium Business Travel" in 2008. In a short period, the Company has established itself as one of the leading companies in the tourism sector in Uzbekistan. The merger with the Canadian accounting and consulting firm PKF Antares in 2020 expanded the scope of our services and contributed to the transformation of our name to PBT Antares.

Based on our expertise and broad experience, we offer a one-stop solution on Corporate Finance, Accounting, Audit, Software Development, Travel, and Tourism. Our primary value is customer satisfaction. We are focused on developing optimal solutions to fit all your needs and preferences. 

During our existence, we have acquired partners in various countries. Today, PBT Antares partners are more than 10 international audit and consulting companies, including PKF Antares, PKF O’Connor Davies (New York), PKF Boston, PKF London, PKF UAE, PKF Chicago, and others. Subsequently, our main market is North America.

Additionally, PBT Antares has launched a new outsourcing project (www.coolumba.com). The main objective is to transfer part of the projects from North American offices to Uzbekistan. This full-scale outsourcing not only expands the ecosystem of our services to fast-growing companies but also allows for the exchange of knowledge and techniques.
